Art Workshop

1. Eligibility:

• This event is for children aged 4-12 only.

2. Redemption Rules:

• A same-day receipt from the mall (purchase of $25 or more, not including Creative Playzone) is required to redeem a free art workshop session.
• Each receipt is valid for one child's free workshop.
• Receipts must be presented on the day of the event, and expired receipts will not be accepted.

3. Workshop Schedule:

• The workshop includes activities such as painting, crafts, and clay creation to encourage children's creativity and hands-on skills.
• Each session lasts approximately 1 hour, with themes and activities adjusted based on the schedule.
• Please refer to the staff for confirmation of workshop times and availability.

4. Event Timing:

• Every Monday to Friday. Please check the event notice or contact us for specific times.
• Each day is limited to 12 children per session, first come, first served.

5. Reservation and Participation:

• Due to seating limitations, reservations are highly recommended, especially during holidays and weekends.
• Reservation methods: You can come to our store to secure your spot.
• If you miss the session that you have a reservation will be considered forfeited, and we will not reschedule.

6. Check-in Requirements:

• Please arrive 10 minutes before the session for check-in. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your spot will be forfeited, and the workshop will be considered void.

7. On-site Guidelines:

• Parents are responsible for ensuring their child's safety during the activity. Staff will supervise the children throughout the session.
• Parents must check in with their child before the class starts.
• Parents are expected to pick up their child promptly after the session ends to ensure the event runs smoothly.
• Children should wear appropriate clothes that are comfortable and suitable for art activities.
• If your child has any special needs (e.g., allergies or medical issues), please inform the staff in advance.

8. Cancellation and Reschedule:

• If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to free up space for other families.
• Once a workshop session begins, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted.

9. Other Notes:

• This event is not eligible for holiday promotions, membership discounts, or other offers.
• At the end of the workshop, children may take home their completed artwork.
• If you have any questions, feel free to contact our staff, and we will be happy to assist you.

10. Force Majeure:

• In case of force majeure factors such as weather conditions that prevent the course from taking place, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course. We will make every effort to notify the parents who have made reservations.
• No refunds will be issued for courses canceled due to force majeure. Families with reservations can choose to reschedule their course.

11. Park Discount:

• After completing the art workshop, parents can purchase a discounted playground ticket for their child for only $9.99, granting access to additional entertainment activities within the park.
